Martins Meats is a retail and catering butchers set up in 2003 by farmer, Martin Gilder. Whilst farming and dealing in livestock, Martin noted that there was a shortage in the area of locally produced good quality meat.
He therefore started his own butchers business specialising in high quality dry matured meat, reared either on his own farm assured farm in Gretton Nr Winchcombe, or from farm assured farms in the Cotswolds.
Martins Meats use all traditional Breeds of cattle like Aberdeen Angus, Hereford, South Devon, but also use Rare Breeds such as Longhorns, Old Gloucester, White Park, Highland and Belted Galloway.
We supply a number of Budgens Supermarkets and large retail shops, along with over 130 Pubs, Restaurants and Hotels in the Cotswolds. All deliveries are by refrigerated vans and can be achieved within 24 hrs of an order being placed. There is an out of hours answerphone order service, or you can order meat on-line. If you are in the Gloucestershire area you can choose the date and time of your delivery.
Cut out the middlemen and get quality Cotswold meat straight from the farm.
Martins Meats is in reciept of a grant for business investment.
