Delivery
If you live in the Cheltenham area (Postcodes: GL52,54,55,56,20 and WR8,10,11,12) you can book a delivery slot online and we'll deliver using our in-house delivery service. The earliest you can book a delivery is 36hrs from placing an order.

Returns
Martins Meats offer a full refund if the customer is not happy with the products they have received.

The customer MUST notify us within 24hrs of receiving the delivery, by e-mail or phone.

Fresh products MUST be kept refrigerated prior to return, and be in the same condition as when delivered. The customer must adhere to these conditions to receive a full refund.

We will collect from the customer free of charge, any returns that have been delivered by our local delivery service.

Postage deliveries MUST be posted back to us by the customer. They must notify us within 24hrs and we must receive the goods back by post within 48hrs of delivery.
