Bresaola 250g

Our very own Bresaola. Starting with our high welfare grass fed meat we carefully select heavily marbled beef to go through this process. It is dry-aged on the bone for 30 days, salt cured in a smoked salt for 14 days and then air dried for a further 30-60 days resulting in a beautiful creamy taste.
