Pork Belly Spare Ribs

Free range Gloucester Old Spot and Native Breed pork dry aged for 7 days.

Season well with salt and pepper and cook slowly for 4hrs at 135c for perfectly tender ribs. Serve with barbecue sauce or your favourite dipping sauce.

Sold in packs of 4 thick cut slices. Approximately 900g per pack.
