Martin’s Meats is an award winning, family run butchers and Meat Wholesalers, specialising in Himalayan salt aged beef, pork and lamb. Established by Martin Gilder in 2003, we supply premium restaurants across the Cotswold s, South West and London and have an expanding online business.

Due to consistent growth, we are now looking to appoint for the following roles:

Experienced Catering Butchers, Full and Part time positions
Apprentice Butcher- Full Time

At Martin’s Meats we pride ourselves on having an enthusiastic, positive and hard -working team and so the ability to work well as part of a team is essential for all roles.

Experienced Catering Butcher

Main duties will include:

Steak portion control

This is a full time role, hours Monday-Friday, 5am to 2pm. Overtime always available. Some Saturday mornings .

Salary £15 per hour

Meat Packers

Main duties will include:

Packaging Meat
General cleaning and tidying duties

Essential

All training will be given.

Full/part time hours are available.

Salary £10 per hour

Apprentice Butcher

This is an exciting opportunity to learn the catering butchery trade with an award winning company. Full Training will be given and the opportunity to affiliate training to an Independent Meat training School, with the aim of achieving a Level 2 or 3 Qualification for the right candidate.

This is a full time role, hours Monday to Friday 6 am – 3pm. Overtime available if required.
