Ingredients

  • Old Spot Pork Tenderloin 
  • Teriyaki Sauce 
  • Pak Choi 
  • Baby Corn 
  • Carrot 
  • Red Bell Pepper 
  • Red Onion 
  • Spring Onions 
  • Rice or Noodles 

    Steps for cooking

    1. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, tomato puree, garlic, and ginger (for the Teriyaki sauce).
    2. Put the pork on a baking tray and pour the sauce over them. Put them under the grill and cook for 6-8 minutes each side, until the pork is no longer pink in the middle.
    3. Meanwhile, heat the sesame oil in a large pan and add the pak choi, carrot, baby corn, bell pepper, and red onion and gently cook for 3-4 minutes. 
    4. Add your cooked rice or noodles, stir, and cook for a further 2 minutes.
    5. Add any remaining sauce to the pan and mix well.
    6. Serve the rice or noodles and vegetables and then slice the cooked pork and place on top. Sprinkle with chopped spring onions.
