- Old Spot Pork Tenderloin
- Teriyaki Sauce
- Pak Choi
- Baby Corn
- Carrot
- Red Bell Pepper
- Red Onion
- Spring Onions
- Rice or Noodles
Steps for cooking
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, tomato puree, garlic, and ginger (for the Teriyaki sauce).
- Put the pork on a baking tray and pour the sauce over them. Put them under the grill and cook for 6-8 minutes each side, until the pork is no longer pink in the middle.
- Meanwhile, heat the sesame oil in a large pan and add the pak choi, carrot, baby corn, bell pepper, and red onion and gently cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add your cooked rice or noodles, stir, and cook for a further 2 minutes.
- Add any remaining sauce to the pan and mix well.
- Serve the rice or noodles and vegetables and then slice the cooked pork and place on top. Sprinkle with chopped spring onions.
